Rockstar recently updated the GTA5 credits message, as it sent a message of thanks to more developers who participated in the development of the game.
Through influencer and leaker Tez2 Who was able to monitor the new updates on the game’s website, thanks were directed to everyone who participated in the success of the game, whether from the developers or the players. At the bottom, the names of 5,678 developers and employees were mentioned, who were supposed to have worked on developing the game over the past years.
This is not the first time that the Credits message has appeared on the GTA 5 website, as the message appeared last year. But what caught our attention is that the number of developers increased by 577, compared to 5101 last year.
Of course, this increase comes within the framework of the main approach adopted by Rockstar at this stage, which is to focus on the GTA 6 game, which is supposed to be in the advanced stages of the development process now.
These new employees may have been brought in to work on periodic GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 updates. While it moved the old, seasoned developers to focus on the next new title.
Also, the Red Dead Redemption 2 Credits page is now available, indicating that the game may have reached its final stages of support.

This is not surprising, since last year Rockstar announced that it would cut support for upcoming content for the Cowboys game, as updates would be limited to security fixes and minor events.
Renewal of thanks to the developers of GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 may bear a strong indication that we are approaching the date of revealing the game GTA 6. Especially since many analysts and observers have suggested that the disclosure of the new game will be before the end of this year 2023.
While Rockstar has been working very silently on its next title, it recently launched a new crackdown on the leaked content of GTA 6. This is by removing several posts on popular forums that include images and information gleaned from last year’s massive leaks.
